We will do our best to make it right. If all or part of your order needs to be
returned, we only accept items in their original unused condition. Special
orders, christening and/or baptism gowns and outfits, Christmas,
Valentine, Halloween
costumes, or any holiday outfits, worn or personalized items are not returnable. Postage

Claims and Returns
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service
department immediately at 888-432-2988. Please have your order number when you
call.
Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments
must be inspected before printing.
All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt
of merchandise.
Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.
All returns subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.
All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in
addition to freight charges.
No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return
authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.
Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the
location of the flaw.
Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinued without notice.
Cradletokindergarten.com and CDD reserve the right to change any of the above
policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.

Shipping
Charges
Shipping and
handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your purchase. Many items are
shipped free. These are clearly marked with a mail truck icon.
Some items require
additional delivery charges, due to the size and weight of the product. These
items will have a note on the product page indicating additional shipping
charges are necessary.

we receive your completed order to receive your merchandise. Personalized
items may take longer.
Express Shipping: Express shipping is
not necessarily overnight shipping. It will depend on the item ordered and
availability to ship Express. Normally Express shipping if offered is 1-2
days. Express Shipping is generally not available on personalized items.
International Shipping: Shipping
time frames are not available on international orders. While orders are shipped
airmail, there are too many variables including the postal service in the US,
customs and the postal service in the other country for us to provide an
accurate time frame. In general, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery of
your order. Express shipping is NOT available on International orders.

How will the merchandise be shipped to me?
Our products are provided by many vendors. Each is responsible for shipping
their products with 48 business hours of receipt of the order unless
personalization is required. They ship “best way”:
USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, UPS or FedEx Ground.
If my order is a gift,
will the packing slip show the price I paid?
No, the packing
slip does not include prices.
What are 'cookies' and does Cradle To Kindergarten use them?
Cookies are small bits of information that are sent from the web server and
kept on your browser. They are used by the web server so it can remember who you
are as you browse from page to page of our web site. The cookie we send to your
browser is not written to any file on your computer. It is only kept in memory
and is deleted when you exit the browser program. The content is simply a single
number that helps us remember your order information.
